Scott R. Holder is a workers’ compensation defense attorney in the firm’s Raleigh, North Carolina office. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, with Distinction, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his J.D. degree, with Honors, from the University of North Carolina School of Law where he was the Vice President of the Broun National Trial Team and a member of the International Jessup Team within the Holderness Moot Court.
Scott was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2014 and is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and an active member within the Young Lawyers Division. He was recognized by U.S. News Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® for Workers’ Compensation in 2022 – 2024.
Away from work, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife, Hannah, and their two kids, Riley and Finn, with whom he has shared his passions for golf, swimming, the North Carolina Tar Heels and the Cleveland Browns.
