We are looking for a Workers’ Compensation Insurance Defense Attorney in our Charlotte, North Carolina office with 1 year of experience and a North Carolina license required. The ideal Attorney for the Charlotte office has a strong work ethic and is a team player.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
·Consulting with Clients
·Conducting Hearings
·Preparing and responding to motions
·Preparing and responding to discovery
·Adhering to the Firm’s Code of Ethics, company policies, and operating principles
Ideal Qualifications:
·1 – 3 years of experience in the Workers’ Compensation field.
·North Carolina State license in good standing.
· Detail-oriented, hardworking, and a results-driven team player.
·Experience in drafting briefs and other legal documents.
