Jennifer (Jenny) Newman practices in the Columbia, SC office. She received her BA from the University of South Carolina and her law degree from Charleston School of Law, cum laude. She practices in the area of workers’ compensation defense.
Jenny was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2013. She was named U.S. News Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in 2022 for Workers’ Compensation Law. She is a member of the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Educational Association and the South Carolina Captive Association. Jenny serves as a board member for the South Carolina Kids’ Chance organization.
Jenny enjoys spending time on Lake Murray, attending concerts, and cheering on the USC Gamecocks. She lives in Columbia with her husband, Graham, and stepson, JW. She currently serves as chair of the Prisma Health Foundation Cavalry and is a board member of the Prisma Health Cancer Foundation.
