James J. Szymanski practices in the firm’s Raleigh, North Carolina, office. He received his B.S. degrees in History and Political Science from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill in 2019 and his J.D. degree from Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in 2024. During his time at the University of North Carolina, he was a four-year starter and captain of the wrestling team.
James was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2024 and works exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation defense.
James was born and raised on Long Island, New York, and now resides in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Outside of his practice, James enjoys traveling, cooking, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.
