Dana Maurizio Klingener practices in the Charleston, South Carolina office. She earned her Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 2015, where she was a member of the Division I rifle team all four years. Prior to attending law school, Dana worked as a traveling leadership consultant for Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity. She individually traveled to more than 25 college campuses facilitating innovative risk reduction programs on mental health and assisting with chapter organization, leadership development, and financial management.

Dana earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2019. While in law school, she served as the Symposium Editor for the Journal of International Law & Business, the president of the Galloway Bissell Inn Chapter of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society, and was selected as a pupil member of the John Belton O’Neal Inn of Court. She received the CALI Award for Excellence in Transportation law and upon graduation, received the G.G. Dowling Student Award.

Dana is admitted to practice in the State of South Carolina. After law school, Dana clerked for The Honorable Robert E. Hood, South Carolina Circuit Court Judge for the Fifth Judicial Circuit.

A native of Lebanon Township, New Jersey, Dana now calls Charleston home. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Cory, and her pets (Hemingway, Dozer, and River). Dana volunteers for Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity and is a member of the Junior League of Charleston.
