Ashley Kirkham practices in the firm’s Columbia, South Carolina office. She earned her B.A. degree in Political Science from Clemson University in 2006 and graduated from Florida State University’s School of Law in 2010. She has been practicing workers’ compensation defense in South Carolina ever since. She is a member of the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Educational Association and a former board member of Kids’ Chance of South Carolina. She was named as a 2017 South Carolina Leadership in Law Honoree and a 2019-2020 Super Lawyer Rising Star. She has also been named US News Best Lawyers® for Workers’ Compensation Law for 2023-2025 and Columbia Business Magazine Legal Elite for Workers’ Compensation in 2018 – 2019.
Originally from Sarasota, Florida, Ashley lives in Columbia with her husband and three daughters. She enjoys playing tennis, volunteering through the Junior League of Columbia, and cheering on the Clemson Tigers.
