New North Carolina and South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Maximum Compensation Rates Published for 2025
NORTH CAROLINA/SOUTH CAROLINA Both the North Carolina Industrial Commission and The South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission have published 2025 Workers’ Compensation Maximum Compensation Rates. The new North Carolina Maximum Compensation Rate will be $1,380.00 effective January 1, 2025, while the new South Carolina Maximum Compensation Rate will be $1,134.43, also effective on January 1, 2025. The mileage rate for both states will be $0.70 cents per mile.
