James W. Logan, Jr. (Jim) practices in the firm’s Greenville, SC office.  He graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Jim is admitted to the South Carolina Bar.  He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, District of South Carolina, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Jim practiced general civil defense law in his hometown of Anderson South Carolina, for over fifty years before joining Willson Jones Carter & Baxley, P.A. in 2025.  His practice focuses on insurance defense, governmental liability and insurance subrogation.

Jim lives in Anderson with his wife Jenny.  Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling, following Clemson athletics, and visiting with children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.  He is a former Clemson Football player under Coach Frank Howard.
