James T. Culbertson is a workers’ compensation defense attorney in the firm’s Columbia, South Carolina office. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina, summa cum laude, before obtaining his J.D. and MBA from the University of South Carolina’s Joseph F. Rice School of Law. He served on the editorial board as a production editor for the Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Journal. James is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association.
James was raised in a variety of states including North Carolina, Michigan, South Carolina, and Georgia. He currently resides in Columbia, South Carolina. Outside the office, he enjoys playing golf and hopelessly cheering on the South Carolina Gamecocks.
