Nathan Ozmint practices in the Greenville, South Carolina office in the area of insurance defense litigation. He graduated from Clemson University, cum laude, with a major in English Literature and a minor in political science in 2014. At Clemson, Nathan worked in the university’s publications office, writing stories for the university website and magazine, and was an inaugural Writing Fellow. Nathan earned his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he graduated, cum laude, in 2018. During law school, Nathan clerked with the 13th Circuit Solicitors Office.
Nathan was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2018 and is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association. After graduating law school, Nathan clerked for the Honorable J. Mark Hayes, II in the 7th Judicial Circuit. He then moved on to the 7th Circuit Solicitors Office, where he prosecuted cases ranging from DUI charges to drug trafficking cases.
Nathan currently lives with his wife, Kara, and their dog, Piper, in the West End area of Greenville. He is an avid reader and otherwise spends his free time rooting for his Clemson Tigers or enjoying the outdoors.
