David “Garvin” Blackburn is a workers’ compensation defense attorney in the firm’s Atlanta, Georgia office. He graduated with his bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness from Mississippi State University. He received his J.D. degree from The University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
Garvin was admitted to the Georgia bar in 2025 and is a member of the Georgia Bar Association. He grew up in Atlanta, Georgia where he currently resides. Outside of practice he enjoys following Falcons Football and Mississippi State Athletics as well as pick-up basketball and live music.
