people and culture manager
As People and Culture Manager, Elizabeth Coleman is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, payroll/benefits, and employee relations. Elizabeth has been in the workers’ compensation industry since 2008 when she began as a licensed adjuster. She is currently based out of the Columbia office.
Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management in 2006 and joined the WJCB family in 2011. Prior to serving as the People and Culture Manager, she worked as a paralegal in both the Greenville and Columbia offices.
Originally from Winnsboro, SC, Elizabeth now lives on their family farm in Blair with her husband Roe and daughters Eliza and Chaney.
