Lee Gremillion practices in the firm’s Myrtle Beach office. He received his undergraduate degree from The Citadel and his J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law where he was the Articles Editor of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal. Upon graduation from law school in 2002, Lee served for a year as law clerk to Judge Paul E. Short, Jr., in the 6th Judicial Circuit. Since then, Lee’s practice has focused exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation defense. He is also a Certified SC Civil Court Mediator. Lee is also a member of the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Educational Association.

Originally from Florence, South Carolina, Lee has lived and worked in the Myrtle Beach area for the past 6 years. He is the immediate past Chairperson of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the South Carolina Bar and is a South Carolina Certified Civil Court Mediator. In the past, Lee has served as an adjunct professor in the political science department at the College of Charleston, where he taught a Mock Trial class.

Lee enjoys spending time with his family and golfing when he is away from the office.
