Kyle M. Knox practices workers’ compensation defense in the firm’s Charlotte, North Carolina office.  He earned his B.A. in History and his M.S. in Adolescence Education from SUNY Plattsburgh in Plattsburgh, New York in 2015.  He then went on to attend law school at the Touro Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in New York where he earned his J.D., magna cum laude, in 2019.  While in law school, Kyle served on the Touro Law Review as a Senior Editor and in the Trial Advocacy and Practice Honor Society, competing in multiple trial practice competitions.

Kyle is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York, South Carolina and North Carolina.  Immediately after his admission to the New York Bar in 2019, Kyle began working as an Assistant District Attorney with the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn, New York until 2022.  There, Kyle handled hundreds of criminal cases ranging across different areas, including vehicular homicide, weapons possession, robbery, burglary and serious assault cases.

Kyle grew up on Long Island, New York, but now lives in Mooresville, North Carolina with his fiancée, Stacie.  Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family, camping, hiking, fishing, guitar playing, golf, softball and playing with his two Labrador Retrievers, Jack and Spike.
